Dear Editor,
I would like, through our paper (we the readers), to convey my gratitude to Kigali City Council on the developments it proposing.

In yesterday’s edition, it was mentioned that OZ Architect and SCE Surbana from the US and Singapore respectively were here to advise on the city’s Conceptual Master Plan.

I believe this is a great step towards achieving our Vision 2020 goals.

My only advice is that KCC should keep informing the public on all stages reached.

We would not want to hear anyone crying foul, resulting from lack of information, especially where demolitions are concerned.
