Interested bidders should pay 10,000 RWF as a cost of bidding book on account 4003200206262 in Equity Bank of Ngali Energy LTD. The receipt will be represented to get the bidding book.
Well prepared bids, properly bound and presented in three copies one of which is original must reach the procurement office at the address mentioned above not later than 17/11/2014 at 10h00. Late bids will be rejected; opening of bids will take place the same day at 11h00 am local time.
The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
