This is the most delicious yet simply made food you can imagine.

Mebs Kara, general manager of Accord Hotel/OC Pizza Bar and Grill, says the Canadian delicacy is one of the classic foods enjoyed the most in Canada.

"It is a very simple but creative food made or gravy, French fries and cheese. Very light but filling and delicious,” Mebs says. He adds that the Quebec based dish doesn’t need a sauce as the gravy and cheese topping makes sauce.

The best part about it? The gravy is made using store-bought broth, so you don’t have to make your own.
