Rwanda Rugby Federation has donated playing kit worth Rwf1.2m to clubs in a bid to uplift players’ welfare, according to Adam Juma, the body’s Chief Executive Officer.

The beneficiary clubs include Kamonyi based Puma Rugby club, Muhanga, a select U-19 boys team and A Thousand hills Rugby Club.

"We are equipping players with the necessary playing kit. Some teams didn’t have enough gear, forcing players to share boots and jerseys,” the former fly half says.
