According to a statement from the firm, the expo will showcase the latest devices and digital solutions.

"The data expo will showcase MTN’s latest devices and solutions, enabling Rwandans to experience and access the latest digital services,” the telecom added.

The expo is taking place at the MTN service centre at UTC Mall in Kigali and ends tomorrow. The data fest and expo are intended to take the digital experience and internet access closer to the people.

MTN employees have over the past two months been educating customers around Kigali on different data products such as broadband, cloud computing services, LTE, hotspot premium, directory services and internet bundles.

The firm also visited university campuses across the country to sensitise students on the benefits of the Internet and offer discounted devices and promotions.
