Survived: Rwandau00e2u20acu2122s Arthur (L) and Frankie steered clear of any trouble

Mozambican beauty Mira and Zambia’s Resa were the first housemates to leave the house after one week of Big Brother Africa Hotshots.

Shocking as it was, the pretty and slender Mozambican was the second housemate to be evicted after a seemingly unsurprised Resa had been shown the boot from Biggies house for garnering the lowest number of votes.

Rwanda’s Arthur and Frankie steered clear of any trouble on the evening despite emerging among the losing group on Saturdays Musical Extravaganza which showed the housemate stage plays, but the seemingly impressive ‘waka waka’ group outsmarted them.

However, regardless of that, Frankie and Arthur are safe and they will continue to fly the Rwandan flag after Mira and Resa paid the price on an evening when everyone but Tanzania’s Laveda was up for possible eviction.

Mira started off appearing as a shy girl on the show but in the first diary session with Biggie, she assured him that she was not at all shy and wished Africa to understand this.

She said that she was just very nervous at the launch show and may have given off that she was shy.

But as time went on, indeed Mira started shedding off her shy side on Friday’s party night as she pulled off a rare feat when she kissed Namibia’s Luis and South Africa’s Nhlanhla, threatening to cause the first clash of egos in the house. That will be short-lived however as she has had to pack her bags.

Resa on the other hand beamed with confidence but Africa thought otherwise. According to Biggie, all housemates on the winning side are immune for nomination this week but today they will all compete for the Head of House role.

However, the Head of House will also be required to nominate one housemate, possibly including one person from the winning side and if not, they will also be up for possible eviction. This certainly means that if we have to keep in Arthur and Frankie, we have to keep voting. There are no two ways about it.
