Dear readers,

It is painful to watch a woman old enough to have grand kids walking around town in clothes so tight that most of her ‘assets’ are bulging in all the wrong places. However, the only thing more painful than that is the slap you might get should you mention this to the woman in question, hence, the frowns, silent sneers and immediate judgment from onlookers.

In this week’s edition, we look at society’s views on women and girls who dress a certain way, and why it is important to "grow in fashion” as it is to grow physically. 

You know it’s serious when you start resenting every pregnant woman you see, including your own relatives, because the same joy is not coming your way. Sad as it is that not all women get pregnant as easily as others, especially when they are ready to, being bitter will not help the situation, like some of our readers advise a lady in this situation.

Not everyone can make it to the market everyday to buy fresh foods, which is why they will buy as much as they can and store it away in a freezer. Today, our health expert talks about why those frozen foods do nothing for nutrition.
