Cab, a famous trio of Mario Canonge, Tenorriod Adriano and Blick Bassy, put on a blazing show Tuesday night at Le Heaven Restaurant in Kiyovu.

The group which is on a tour of the region hit the stage at 8 pm to the amusement of a sizeable audience which did not fill up the venue.

The trio gave a lively 1:30-minute performance, and frequently engaged the crowd—which made the show even more entertaining.

The group, whose music has blown audiences across Africa and Europe, is currently on the tour of 21 African countries.

They belted out a number of songs including, Te Bale, Oweyo and Eseka.

Local songstress Shanel, who shared the stage with Cab, did not fail to impress the crowd with her fantastic vocals.

Cab stands for Caribbean, Africa and Brazil, reflecting the different origins of the members.

Cab members arrived in the country on Sunday and held workshops with students from Nyundo School for Arts.
