UGANDAN female rapper Keko is in seventh heaven after getting news that she will be one of the acts to grace The Tribe One Dinokeng Festival.

This mega music festival is the first of its kind in Africa and will take place from Friday September 26 to Sunday September 28 at City of Tswane, Pretoria. This event will be featuring over 150 artists performing on three main stages with over 100,000 attendees.

Keko is set to curtain raise for Young Money female rapper/singer, Nicki Minaj, four time Grammy Award winning duo Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, American hip hop recording artist, songwriter and record producer, J Cole, and American rapper, Kid Ink.

"This is so exiting, and nerve wrecking at the same time. A little girl from Tororo town is going to curtain raise for four big hip-hop artistes in the world and she doesn’t even have an album yet, how amazing! The news just blew my mind away. I am so grateful to my management ROCKSTAR4000.”, the over-the-moon rapper said.

Uganda is represented by two artistes, Keko and Naava Grey.

Other African artistes include; Slap Dee, Winky D and Zone Fam (Zambia). Daara J (Senegal). Stanley (Gabon), Redsan, Nameless, Xtatic and Jaguar (Kenya). Alikiba (Tanzania) and Namibian Music Award winning stars Gazza, Erna Chimu, Elvis se Seun (Namibia). Ba’ponga (Gabon) and Hope (Burundi).
