Themed "Harmonising with Nature”, this year’s festival aims to raise awareness about individual and collective responsibilities in taking care of the planet, with special performances by renowned and emerging creatives from East Africa.

The festival, they said, will also offer an opportunity for entrepreneurs in tourism, trade, crafts, and more in the service industry to offer various products and services to the diverse audience that will attend the festivities, hence, contributing to the growth of the local economy.

"Expect great musical, cultural, culinary experiences and tales to be told for years,” one of the organisers told The New Times.

Volkano Fest is a cultural movement that connects communities through the universal language of art. With each edition, it aims to ignite imaginations, challenge perceptions, and inspire positive change.

By providing a vibrant platform for artistic expression, cultural exchange, and environmental awareness, the event shines a spotlight on the immense power of creativity in shaping a brighter future.
