Reference is made to Lonzen Rugira’s article, "Obama’s Summit and Feingold’s Eureka” (The New Times, August 11).

Great work you’re doing Mr. Rugira in analysing, exposing, and clearly bringing to light the selfish elements that are labouring to give FDLR a human face.

I liked the final paragraph; it "literally” brings out the general perception of the West towards events that take place in Africa. Great work!

Mr. Rugira’s killer closing sentence recalling François Mitterrand’s sociopathic view of the value of Rwandan lives says all that needs saying about those who would like us to overlook the genocidal nature of the FDLR.

They are no different from the génocidaires whose ideology they share and have been espousing from as long as many of us can remember.
