Al Hilal Benghazi v Rayon Sports

Venue: Kigali Pelé Stadium

Al Hilal Benghazi will Sunday, September 24, host Rayon Sports at Kigali Pele Stadium in a CAF Confederation Cup second round leg game that will be played without fans.

The Libyan side are technically using Kigali Pelé Stadium as their home ground after the Confederation of African Football (CAF) granted their requests for them to use the Kigali Pele Stadium following the devasting floods in Libya which left over 5000 people dead and many others displaced.

Initially, the game was to be played on Friday September 15 but it was rescheduled to Sunday, September 24 in Kigali due to the natural disaster in the North African country.

Al Hilal Benghazi made it through to the second round after eliminating Kenyan side Kakamega Homeboyz in a 4-1 aggregate win in the first round.

The Libyans have recorded three wins, one defeat, and one draw across all competition in their most recent five matches.

Rayon Sports are favorite on paper despite playing at home without their fans.

They have a pool of great individual talents such as Joackiam Ojera, Charles Bbaale, midfielder Eric Ngendahimana and others who can win the game at anytime.

Rayon's main problem lies in is defense and coach Yamen Zelfani must device a strategy to stop free scoring Ifeanyi Eze and winger Kelvin Andoh who can cause problems in attack.

The likes of Abdul Rwatubyaye, Isaac Mitima and Ali Serumogo must be at their maximum best at the back to stop the duo from operating.
