Women attending the ongoing u2018African Centres of Excellence (ACE)u2019 meeting in Kigali visited the Rwanda National Police (RNP) anti-gender and domestic violence medical wing u2013 Isange One-Stop Centre on Wednesday, and lauded the Force for its holistic approach in dealing with women and child issues.
