Recently, I read that masturbation can affect a person’s eye sight. Is that true?

Dear Anonymous,

Masturbation is a way of self gratification and is in no way connected to vision. If one develops impaired vision as a young adult, it is merely a coincidence. 

Spending too much of time in front of computer screens, other video screens, poor illumination, lack of essential nutrients useful for eyes like vitamin A and B complex combine to give poor eye sight. 

These factors involve teenagers and that is the age when one would start masturbating. Hence by the time adult hood is reached, there would be impaired vision.
