The aim of this course is to provide technical skills, game understanding, teaching techniques, effective ways to conduct training sessions and awareness of the factors motivating young people to play and enjoy the ‘gentleman’s game’.

The coaches will be trained in all basics of cricket which include batting, bowling, fielding and wicket keeping skills, together with modified games and activities and a short assessment will be completed by the participants prior to the end of the course.

It will be the second such course after the first held in Rulindo District where ten coaches were taken through the similar training.
