Rwanda U17 will host their Ugandan counterparts this Friday in the return leg of the 2015 African Youth Championships qualifier at Umuganda Stadium in Rubavu District.

The Junior Wasps under the new head coach Lee Johnson will go into the game seeking to overturn a 4-0 deficit from the first leg if they are to qualify to the second round.

Uganda notched the big win thanks to goals from Shaban Mohammed, Pius Obuya, Julius Poloto and Musa Mukalazi.

Meanwhile, according to the junior wasps’ assistant coach Alloys Kanamugire, the players are responding well in training.

"It is a very tricky game, to score five goals is not an easy task but we are going into the game with a positive mind and believing we can win. We know it is difficult but everything can happen in football and we will try our best,” said the former national team player.

A win for the Uganda Cubs in the return fixture will see them face Zambia, with the eventual winner gaining entry to the youth continental championships to be held in Niger.
