Afro-beat singer Maureen Mbabazi aka Momo dropped a new love single dubbed I swear last week.

Her song encourages couples to swear to love each other till death separates them.

"In my new song, I’m trying to encourage people to stick to their vows and give them value and not treat them as mere words,” says the singer.

She is currently shooting the video which will be out soon and it will be followed by promotional concerts for her new song. 

Born Maureen Mbabazi but known by many on stage as The Momo, she hit the music scene in 2010 as a backup singer for many local artistes.

So far, her songs include Ndamufite, Babimenye and Narakwiyeguriye.
