Caiman Bar and Restaurant in Kibagabaga has launched a live band show that will be playing once a month.

Renowned Burundian music band Budi J&M and Jacques Murigande alias Mighty Popo performed at the inaugural show over the weekend.

"We will be hosting live performances once a month to entertain customers with live performances,” the proprietor of Caiman Bar & Restaurant Rutembesa Kanobana said.

The show started at 8pm with a unique performance from members of the band that included two male and female performers.

The performers did not disappoint as they managed to keep the crowd on their feet. The unique dancing style by the band members was also another thing that made the show interesting.

At around 11pm, Rwanda’s respected music artiste, Jacques Murigande alias Mighty Popo took to the stage; first with a guitar before he switched to experimenting with different music styles. At this moment, it appeared like the show had just started. This was the second time the band was staging a show at the restaurant.
