Kagame, Blair among world leaders’ portraits unveiled by President Bush

FORMER US President George Bush has unveiled a series of his own paintings of World leaders that include President Paul Kagame and former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair.

FORMER US President George Bush has unveiled a series of his own paintings of World leaders that include President Paul Kagame and former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair. The paintings are a selection of leaders he met during his time in office.President Bush last visited Rwanda in February 2008 where he paid tribute to Rwandan peacekeepers. While in Kigali, he also visited the Genocide memorial in Gisozi.According to media report, the former US president said he had been inspired to take up painting by Winston Churchill’s post-politics activities.The portraits of the world leaders are the latest additions that visitors to his Presidential Library and Museum in Dallas will enjoy seeing.
