Local artistes have released commemorative songs for the 20th anniversary of the Genocide against the Tutsi.

Senderi’s Baruhukiye Nyanza song reflects on history’s darkest 100 days, where more than one million Rwandans were killed. The song also pays tribute to the people in Nyanza District, who perished in the 1994 Genocide.

Intore Masamba has completed his latest commemorative single, Ndacura Intimba featuring his Gakondo band.

The singer has also released two songs, Never Again and Ndacura Intimba, alongside some of the leading musicians in the country, Aline Gahongaire, Clementine Uwitonze, aka Tonzi, Patrick Nyamitari and Danny, among others.

Primus Guma Guma Superstar season 4 contestant, Jules Sentore is also busy shooting a video for his latest track, Urabe Intwari produced by Prince Ombeni. The 30-year-old singer said that the video will be out this weekend.
