Women national football league title hopefuls Kamonyi and The Winners played out a goalless draw in a Pool B league match played in Remera-Rukoma on Saturday.

Kamonyi have won six, drew one and lost three of their ten matches played so far, while The Winners have six wins, two draws and two loses.

Inyemera went to top of Pool B table with 23 points after they demolished Girls Academy 9-0, Kamonyi dropped to second with 21, while The Winners stayed in third position with 20 points.

Kamonyi who are battling for the league with the likes of AS Kigali and The Winners are contented with the 0-0 result, according to head coach Emmanuel Habiyambere.

In Pool A, Musanze-based ESIR won 2-0 against Evening Stars, while Rambura defeated Don Bosco Gatenga 3-0.

As it stands, AS Kigali still lead with 18 points, level with Rambura, while ESIR are third a point adrift.
