The 11th Annual Leadership Retreat that began on Saturday at RDF Combat Training Centre, Gabiro, in Eastern Province ended yesterday.

The three-day retreat, chaired by President Paul Kagame, was attendded by at least 250 top officials who included members of Cabinet, ambassadors, governors, mayors, heads of key government agencies, senior members of the legislature and the judiciary as well as representatives of the private sector
