CORAR recognized for eloquent customer care

The 2013 Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted by The ServiceMag identified Compagne Rwandaise d’Assurance et de Reassurance Assurance Generales Limited (CORAR) the best insurance services provider during an annual survey that aims at promoting good customer service. 

CORAR opened shop in Rwanda  in 2000 and is  currently headquartered  at Centenary House in the center of the capital, Kigali. Having started effective operations in 2001, the company has since expanded  its operations to various parts of the country in;  Musanze, Huye, Rusizi, Ngoma, Rubavu, Muhanga, Nyamagabe, Gicumbi, Rusumu, Nyagatare, Kayonza, Rwamagana and Kabaya focused on providing insurance products that offer quality protection with value pricing to the general public.The company has a vision of becoming the best insurance service provider in Africa. It also invests the long term invested premiums and mobilizes its profits to support the economic growth of the country through the social activities of the Catholic Church in the favor of the public.    CORAR also focuses on having a sustainable partnership with its clients, staff members and other stakeholders.In January 2014, the company received an award from The ServiceMag as being the best insurance service provider among  insurance category.  The CORAR Director General,  Joseph Bahenda, says the award is a significant mark which does not only encourage the company to even work hard in further improving customer satisfaction,  but that it is a symbol of recognition for work well done.

"We have put much effort in training our employees about the need for them to provide quality services to our clients. Our team plays a significant role in putting the company on an endearing path of good services provision, ,” says Bahenda.

"The insurance company is committed to providing the best it can offer to the clients with a lot of innovations to be made to maintain and further improve the services provided. New products will also be introduced including the Funeral insurance. This has been part of the health insurance, but it will soon be independent".
