Kiyovu                  vs            Espoir

Espoir FC coach Emmanuel Ruremesha will be looking to complete a league double over Sports Club Kiyovu when the two teams faceoff tomorrow at Mumena stadium. Kickoff is at 3:30pm.

The Rusizi-based side won the first round fixture 1-0 in Rusizi and Ruremesha, who believes his troops have what it takes to complete their first double of what is proving to be a successful campaign.

However, the fifth-placed Espoir will have to accomplish their target without some of their key players, who are either injured or down with illness.

The injured players include; DR Congo-born strikers Bebeto Luamba and Govin Mutombo, while the sick duo include; Clement Mutunzi and veteran defender Elias Ntaganda.

Ruremesha said, "We are doing everything possible to defy the odds and beat Kiyovu home and way, which will be a big achievement for this club.”

"However, the fact that we shall miss some of our key players through injuries and sickness, Kiyovu are favourites to win but considering how determined my players are, anything can happen,” added the former Rayon Sports and Mukura coach.

Gilbert Kanyankore’s Kiyovu stand three points and place below Espoir in the table but both will go into tomorrow’s clash fresh from winning their last league outings. Espoir beat visiting Marines 1-0 in Rusizi, while Kiyovu won 2-0 away to struggling Gicumbi FC.
