Musanze FC coach Hussein Barrack says he is determined to steer his team to a top-half finish in the 2013/14 national football league season. The Northern Province side currently occupies third position in the league table standing, having won six, drawn two and lost two games. Barrack’s team are level on 20 points with record-holders APR, who have played one game less; and two points behind leaders AS Kigali.Musanze’s Wai Yeka leads top scorers standings with seven goals. However, speaking to Times Sport on Tuesday, the Tanzania-born tactician said it won’t be an easy season. "This year’s league is tougher in comparison with the past two seasons and it is hard for any team to win two or three consecutive league games because all teams are hungry to win.” Musanze, fresh from a 2-1 victory against Mukura in Huye last weekend, will host Etincelles on Sunday.
