Urban Boys are set to do collaboration with Samantha J, a Jamaican female singing sensation. Safi Niyibikora, one of the group members, told The New Times, that the group has already finalised talks with the songstress.

Urban Boys are set to do collaboration with Samantha J, a Jamaican female singing sensation.Safi Niyibikora, one of the group members, told The New Times, that the group has already finalised talks with the songstress."We met with Samantha in Kampala last month, and we agreed that we would do a collabo and the song will be produced by Ugandan producer Washington. She even requested for our songs which we have sent to her,” said Niyibikora.The R&B /Afrobeat trio comprises male vocalists James Manzi, aka Humble Jizzo, Safi Niyibikora, aka Safi Lee, and Muhammed Nshimiyimana, alias Nizzo. The group released its debut album, Icyicaro, in 2008 and has since released more than 70 singles and four studio albums. They have collaborated with several regional artistes, including Ugandan musicians Jackie Chandiru, Rabadaba and Goodlyfe crew of Radio and Weasel. With Samantha J, it will be the first time the group will be working with an artiste beyond the EAC region.At 16, fast-rising young sensation, Samantha J has already accomplished more than many established artistes, with her latest feat being premiered on BET’s 106 & Park. The singer and part-time model, real name Samantha Goncalves, is famous for her hit singles Tight Skirt and Red Rat.
