US-based Rwandan gospel musicians Adrien Misigaro and Richard Nick Ngendahayo are taking their ministry to Australia with a joint tour aimed at connecting Rwandan and African gospel music with the diaspora community.
Dubbed Africa Gospel Echoes 2026, the tour will visit three Australian cities, opening on September 12 at Victory Church in Brisbane. The musicians will then perform in Melbourne on September 19 at Hillsong Church before concluding the tour in Sydney on September 26, also at Hillsong Church.

The concerts are being organised by Millennium Investment Company. Burundian gospel singer David Nduwimana will also join the tour, alongside other Australian gospel musicians expected to perform with the headline artistes.
Ngendahayo said the concerts will be about more than music, describing them as an opportunity for people to come together in worship and place their lives before God.
"We are happy to meet the people in Australia. These concerts will be special, and it will be a moment of putting everything before God, praising Him and making Him happy,” he said.
He also encouraged gospel music lovers to attend with their families and friends.
"Come many, come all, and come with your families and friends,” Ngendahayo said.
Misigaro and Ngendahayo are among the established voices in Rwanda’s gospel music scene and have built strong followings among Christian communities in the diaspora, particularly in the United States.
Misigaro is known for songs including "Ntacyo Nzaba,” "Nyibutsa,” "Ntuhinduka,” "Niyo Ndirimbo” and "Buri Munsi.” Over the years, he has also collaborated with prominent Rwandan musicians, including Meddy, The Ben, Israel Mbonyi and Gentil Misigaro.

His music largely centres on faith, hope and worship, themes that have helped him connect with audiences both in Rwanda and abroad. Despite being based in the US, he has continued to perform for Rwandan and African Christian communities in the diaspora while maintaining links with Rwanda’s gospel music scene.
Ngendahayo, meanwhile, is one of Rwanda’s long-standing gospel musicians, with a career spanning music and Christian ministry.
He has built a following through songs such as "Yambaye Icyubahiro,” "Mbwira Ibyo Ushaka,” "Ibuka,” "Sinzakwitesha” and "Niwe.”
His worship music continues to resonate with Rwandan audiences at home and in the diaspora. His participation in Africa Gospel Echoes 2026 adds an experienced gospel voice to a tour seeking to bring African Christian communities in Australia together through worship and music.
