Rwandan music stars The Ben and Mike Kayihura have been added to the expanded lineup for the highly anticipated Spinny and Friends Summer Festival, set to take place at Gahanga Cricket Stadium on July 18 and 19.

The two artists, alongside Kenyan singer Elijah Kitaka, are the latest additions to the festival after organisers announced that Day Two would also be hosted at Gahanga Cricket Stadium.

They join a star-studded lineup led by festival host DJ Spinny, featuring South African Amapiano heavyweight Kabza De Small, Ugandan media personality Sheilah Gashumba, and DJs Inno, Selector Jay, Joxy Parker, Dash, Marnaud, Fem DJ, Pyfo, Zuba Mutesi and Josh MC.

The Ben, Mike Kayihura and Kitaka are scheduled to perform on Day Two, Sunday, July 19, with MC Miss Muyango hosting the entertainment.

Organisers have also confirmed that the second day will feature a live public screening of the FIFA World Cup final, which will be played at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. Kick-off is scheduled for 9 p.m.

In an update to ticket holders, organisers announced that all Day One tickets will automatically grant access to Day Two at no extra cost. Fans who purchased tickets for July 18 have been advised to keep their wristbands and present them at the entrance on the second day.

Entrance tickets for the show are priced at Rwf20,000 for regular, Rwf50,000 for VIP and Rwf170,000 for VVIP, while table bookings cost Rwf1 million and Rwf1.5 million.
