Action for the second round of the 2026 Rwanda Basketball League resume on Friday, July 10, with RSSB Tigers taking on Kepler at Petit Stade.
The league had taken a two-week break as the national team convened for the just-concluded window of the 2027 FIBA World Cup African Qualifiers which took place in Luanda, Angola from July 2-5.
The Tigers beat Kepler 85-62 in the first round of the league. The BAL 2026 champions currently sit sixth with 18 points from 10 games played. They are level on points with Kepler who have played 13 games.
In other games, bottom-placed Inspired Generation will be up against APR who are in second place with 23 points.
At the end of the regular season, the top four teams advance into the playoffs which decide the champion.
The semi-finals are played in a best-of-three series. The first team to win two games qualifies for the finals which are played in a best-of-seven series. The first team to win four games is crowned the champion.
