Over 64 golfers have confirmed their participation at the 2018 PKF Golf Tournament that tees off Saturday at the 9-hole Kigali Golf Club.

The development was confirmed to Saturday Sport by Dr Davis Kashaka, the captain of Kigali Golf Club, who also revealed that it will be a one-day short gun tee off competition.

The game will be based on a point system, where points earned by each golfer are determined by their score on the hole.

“The mode of play is Stableford tee off, and the competition will kick-off at 11 am. We have so far 64 players and there is chance it might go higher by end of today,” Kashaka told this publication on Friday afternoon.

This is the 4th edition of the annual tournament.
