Sadati Munyakazi has been elected as Rayon Sports Football Club new president, replacing Paul Muvunyi, who did not offer himself for re-election after two years.
The elections were held during the club’s general assembly on Sunday, in Kigali.
In his remarks after his election, Munyakazi said,” As new president, my main job is to make sure we remain the club that our supporters are proud of. First, and foremost, we have to retain the league title.
I have been in Rayon Sports for a while now and I’m committed to its success.”
Thadée Twagirayezu was elected first vice president, with Prosper Muhirwa coming in as the second president.
Nsekera Muhire is the club’s new Secretary General, replacing Bernard Itangishaka, while Jean Paul Muhire will head of finance department.
