It is very difficult to find a conclusive answer to "best” smart phone devices, because the comparison is not limited to the specifications and capabilities and also the tastes and preferences of its users. For purposes of not offending people, I shall not number this particular list, but as you read through, you should be getting the trend of which is the best of the best. And don’t get offended if your phone didn’t make it on this list. Like I said, there are many factors to consider.
DELL VENUE PRO:

The Samsung Omnia W (also known as the Samsung Focus Flash and GT-8350) is a slate device running Windows Phone operating system 7.5. The phone is manufactured by Samsung. The device features Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8255 SoC clocked at 1.4 GHz, 3, 7-inch Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 480x800 and 8GB capacity of internal storage.

As for the operating system, it works with Android system 2.2 with HTC Sense, QUALCOMM MSM8655 Snapdragon processor 1 GHz
Its length is 121 mm, and width 66 mm, while the thickness of 12.7 mm and weighs 181 grams, and perhaps the weight and size of this one of the most disturbing things in this phone

The Samsung Galaxy S II (GT-I9100) is a smartphone running under the Android operating system that was announced by Samsung on February 13, 2011 at the Mobile World Congress. It is the successor to the Samsung Galaxy S, with a different appearance and significantly improved hardware. The Galaxy S II was one of the slimmest smartphones of the time, mostly 8.49 mm thin, except for two small bulges which take the total thickness of the phone to 9.91 mm.
