Lately, around the streets of Kigali you will meet oldies in mini dresses, pants, latest designer cloths you think are for the young. The old are taking over. Keeping healthy Besides the looks, older people want to keep their health at the peak. Looking young is looking healthy. They want to feel strong at the age of 70. Working out, jogging, lifting weights, steam baths, keeps people healthy. Lets’ not forget dieting and eating right. The secret to avoiding old age is staying young.
