Celebrating Halloween in Kigali
October 31, a few Rwandans were part of the Halloween celebrations at Grand Scenario Hotel. At one point a number of entertainers performed to the excitement of party goers however that did not last all night as the event was closed due to various reasons that are still mysterious to this date.
