If we were told to live a few days without our feet, no one would be happy. Feet are part of our bodies and they help us to walk and play.
There are some people who are not lucky enough to have feet. For us who have them, sometimes we take them for granted. We forget that feet do a great job as compared to other parts our bodies.
When we walk, feet carry all the dust, they consume all the tiredness from walking, playing and other activities. They tolerate all the stress of staying in closed shoes all the time. Without our feet, life can never be interesting.
It’s sad that only few of us even wash our feet when we are bathing. Little do we know that we can get sick if we do not scrub our feet clean.
Doctors say that dirty feet cause different diseases. For example burning feet where burns develop in the middle of toes.
To have the cleanest feet, all that one needs to do is scrub them thoroughly well whenever they bathe.
Also avoid putting on closed shoes all time, atleast when you go home, put on sandals and allow your feet and toes to relax.
If you have a problem of sweating toes, always apply powder between your toes after bathing. This will help you not to sweat and will also avoid bad odour. Always trim your nails too.
