Enough Is Enough

This is one of the days that I don’t know exactly what to write about…not because I’m not inspired but rather because I have had so many different customer experiences this week that I do not know which ones to share with you. Believe me dear readers, there are really days you think the service people you meet do not know exactly why they woke up to be in their offices or shops. Or should I rather say, they do not know exactly what is expected of them.
