Last week the Rwanda Over-The-Counter (OTC) market recorded no transaction as KCB shares price remained at Rwf165.
On the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE), KCB shares traded mostly downward and on lower volumes compared to the previous week and the trading range was Kshs20.50 (Rwf156) and Kshs20.00 (Rwf152).
Thursday, a total of 683,800 KCB shares were traded within the range of Kshs20.50 (Rwf156)) and Kshs20.00 (Rwf152). The NSE All share index went up +0.24points to close at 67.81.
The Dares Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE) and the Uganda Securities Exchange (USE) did not trade KCB shares.
The Bond Market:
On the bond market no transactions were recorded. At the close of the business, Rwf 2 billion worth of Government bonds were on offer (sellers) at Rwf 99.8 and there were two bids (buyers) of Rwf 2 billion and Rwf 5 million for the same bonds at 94.00 and 97.80, respectively.
There were also BCR bank bonds worth Rwf 150 million on offer at Rwf 100.50.
