Did you know that there are so many interesting things about you? Each and every day there are so many new things you can learn about yourself. Today we will learn about remaining healthy.

Did you know that there are so many interesting things about you? Each and every day there are so many new things you can learn about yourself. Today we will learn about remaining healthy.

When God created us he wanted us to remain healthy and beautiful.

I am sure He had a purpose for us. This purpose is to protect and look after our bodies. In this way we can stay healthy and also help other people.

All people including children have the responsibility to look after their bodies.

This means eating a balanced diet, that includes important foods like proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, fibre, fats and minerals salts. Children need to also drink a lot of water because it cleanses our bodies.

If children do this daily, they will enjoy their lives because they are healthy. This is what is important. 

From this week on, all children are encouraged to learn how to look after their bodies by eating their meals and also protecting them from germs by staying clean.
