Are you in a tough, hard-hitting situation that has caused you much depression? Don’t worry, I am here to tell you the good news. Martin Luther king once said that that we must accept finite disappointment, but we must never lose infinite hope.
The fact that you are passing through all those struggles and trials should not make you lose hope, no condition is permanent. It is high time you took courage and moved on. Do not allow to be depressed or suppressed by the circumstances around you.
Raise your eyes higher to the bright and positive side of your future plans. I like what Chuck T. Falcon once said. He said that though you may be under a dark tree; always look for the light shining through the branches. Remember sadness is always temporary. This, too, shall pass.
Chuck T. Falcon again said that trials give you strength, sorrows give understanding and wisdom.
What more can I add?
Learn from that condition that is making you so depressed. Probably it may be a good challenge from which you are to learn a lot of things or generate great wisdom.
As I conclude, I would like to draw your attention to something called HOPE; hope is a fuel that keeps us moving though things may seem terrible.
Someone said that hope is grief’s best music. Hope is always around the corner in the times of depression, it is always present in days when one seems lonely.
To be a conqueror of depression, you have to wear special glasses in which you will be able to see Mr. HOPE. Avoid depression by feeding your thought with thoughts of hope. Though you may fall seven times, get up. Keep the fire of hope alight.
