Its okay to take Sunday’s off but this should only happen when everything is going smoothly. Unfortunately, Rwandatel, one of Rwanda’s telecommunication giants have given us the impression that they don’t totally agree with the above statement.
For the last two Sundays, we (internet users) have been left without any connection. I don’t know if it’s done on purpose or it’s just coincidental that the error creeps up on Sundays.
Anyway, I think it’s only fair for the company to alert their clients who have stood by them in good and bad times in advance.
So Rwandatel, if the problem is something you can quickly rectify, please do so and if it’s one that will take a while for it to be solved, kindly have the courtesy to inform your customers well ahead of time.
