I read a letter in the New Times issue of Aug 21 and I felt like that it is what I had always wanted to address to the TVR administration. I do not know what it really takes to have a weather forecast but we really need the programme on this. We need a forecast especially during these months when the weather is behaving strangely as compared to the past years. The forecast may not help the farmer to plan his seasons and we can too what to wear and at what time. We have suffered with the cold weather after leaving home heavy garments hoping it would be hot or forgotten our overcoats at places of work having left home fearing it would rain only to change later in the day. RTV being the only station around companies should sponsor such a programme if it is on a competitive basis. Mutoni Aidah Kacyiru
