Ok, he’s not a newcomer per se, but 2009 is the year we are taking singer/songwriter Jean Claude Yamuremye, a.k.a. Dr. Claude to our hearts. After conquering all the local FM stations with his golden and blessed voice, Dr. Claude has got us hooked. Believe it or not, Dr. Claude is a celebrity. He has released three solo albums, including his most recent one “2020 Vision”, which is more cocky and electro-popping.
