Directions for the face cleansing First of all u need a good face cleansing routine. Wash your face every morning and before you go to bed. Never go to bed with the makeup still on .it may be ok to just use water in the morning but at night u should use a cleanser of some sort. It’s advised not to use soap bars though because your facial skin is a lot more sensitive than other areas of your body, take note of the soap to use because the soap is a sure way of drying it out completely. Exfoliating your skin with a facial scrub will not only get dirt off your skin, it also helps in the skin renewal process by getting rid of old and dead layers of skin. Beware though if you have sensitive skin. You should be careful with the scrubs; in general it’s not good to scrub more than a week. Deep cleansing will usually be done in form of a facial mask that you leave on for 10-20 minutes. Note: Most deep cleansers are clay best and may dry your skin out a little but it’s not like deep cleansing its something you do everyday so it’s ok.
