ONE of the major highlights at the 10th annual Rwanda film festival was the cocktail dinner which was graced by Shen Yongxiang, the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Rwanda.
As the guest country of this year’s film festival, China showcased highlights of its rich history and diverse culture through ten films that showed at the Cinema throughout the festival.
Guests were treated to a sumptuous array of Chinese cuisines as Chinese traditional music played in the background which was decorated using Chinese decor.
The red carpet event attracted renowned script writers and film producers from around East Africa and big shots in the Rwanda film industry also graced the occasion.
