Rwanda Defence Force’s 20-year journey in pictures
Twenty years ago, the Rwanda Patriotic Army defeated the then government and effectively put an end to the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi. The same army, which has since metamorphosed into the Rwanda Defence Forces, has been at the core of the socio-economic life of the country, as shown here in this pictorial.
