Fifa has appointed four Rwandan referees to officiate at the 2014 Fifa World Cup Brazil qualifier between Gambia and Tanzania. The match is slated for this Sunday in Gambia.

Centre referee Hudu Munyemana will be assisted by Honore Simba (first assistant referee) and Theogene Ndagijimana (second assistant referee), while Issa Kagabo will be the fourth official. They will travel to Gambia on Wednesday, three days before the game.

Their assignment follows another in August when the Confederation of African Football (CAF) appointed the Rwandans, with the exception of Theogene Ndagijimana, to officiate at the Confederation Cup group stage game between Fus of Morocco and Setif of Algeria.

That time, Jean Bosco Niyitegeka was the second assistant referee.

In February, Munyemana was among the referees at the U-20 African Cup of Nations held in Algeria, a tournament which was won by Egypt 5-4 on penalties against Ghana after normal time had ended 1-1.
