Uganda’s renowned musician and the Gagamel Entertainment boss, Moses Ssali, a.k.a Big Size Bebe Cool will arrive in Rwanda, on August 29, to perform at Uncle Austin’s second album launch.

Local Afrobeat singer and KFM radio presenter, Austin Tosh Luwano, fondly known as Uncle Austin, is set to launch his second album, “Uteye Ubusambo” on August 30 at the Expo grounds in Gikondo.

In an interview with The New Times, the Nzakwizirakaho singer confirmed that Bebe Cool would grace his launch, though he refused to disclose the amount he had paid to bring the Big Size star from Uganda.

According to Uncle Austin, there will be a surprise artiste from outside Rwanda at the launch to spice up the show.

“I will be taking my fans through my life experience in the music industry from where I started up to now and there will be a surprise act of an artist they know and love but will not be advertised,” Uncle Austin explains.

The Ugandan star seems to be excited about his trip to Rwanda as his Facebook page post reads: “Kigali here I come for Uncle Austin’s album launch on August 30 @the Gikondo Expo grounds, ndabakunda cyane Abanyarwanda.gagamel ting!”

The Kasepeki hitmaker has performed at several concerts in the country with his latest being at Kwita Izina. He has also done a collabo with local artiste Alpha Rwirangira called, “Come to me”, a hit on both the local and Ugandan airwaves.

Uncle Austin’s new album is comprised of 15 songs, with hits like, Uteye Uracanga, which is currently rocking the local airwaves.

Other local artistes expected to perform include Jay Polly, Knowless, King James, Riderman, Bruce Melodie, Urban Boyz, and TBB among others.

Entrance to the venue will be Rwf1000 for the ordinary tickets and Rwf5000 for VIP.

Uncle Austin said the concert will give music fans an opportunity to celebrate with the local talent.
