THE CEO of Mamisch Dental Health A.G, Charles Mamisch, is in town to oversee the implementation of the agreement they signed with Primus League champions Rayon Sports in May this year.

In May, Rayon Sports entered a two-year partnership with Bundesliga first division side Augsburg and German company Mamisch Dental Health.

Speaking to Times Sport yesterday, Mamisch said, “Two months ago, we signed an MoU with Rayon Sports and the Government of Germany is supposed to construct a house in Rwanda where we want to start a dental clinic and continue the education of dentists in the country,”

“After signing the MoU and agreeing on the project proposal, we are here to propose the project to the ministers of Education and Health before we can do the final preparations.”

“We started supporting Rayon Sports last year, we provided jerseys and some equipment and this is something we want to continue for the years to come,”

“Besides that, we want to see how Bundesliga first division Augsburg and Rayon Sports can have a long term partnership. We want to initiate an exchange programme between the two teams.”

Mamisch added that they want to use Rayon Sports and its players to bring oral health and oral education to the country.

“I hope they win the African champions league next year and we wish them to be the best team in Africa. We want to financially support the team and look forward to see them play soon,” added Mamisch.

The club chairman Mayor Abdallah Murenzi said, “We hope to use this opportunity to fully discuss how every party will benefit from the partnership and for our  club to reach where we want it to be as far as African football is concerned,”

After winning their seventh Primus league title, Rayon Sports will represent the country at next year’s Africa Champions League.
