Ghana consulate opens in Kigali amidst pomp

Ghana opened a consulate in Kigali last Friday evening amidst pomp and feasting. The colourful event was attended by a cross section of the high and mighty in Rwanda, including foreign diplomats. Business Times’ Timothy Kisambira was there and caught the action
