You know how after New Year, you go back to work but you don’t really do anything for the first week? It turns out that’s what celebrities in the US are like after Independence Day.

It’s not been the most exciting of weeks. Most of it has been spent musing on what Kate Middleton will wear to give birth, which, well, please.

Still, there was one big story that made us gasp with excitement and disgust all combined into one; two male musicians proved that they’re ‘Quite Nice Guys’; and one famous actor is on the hunt for a monster. Obviously. Without further ado, we present to you the best news of the week...

Justin Bieber has a weak bladder, apologises to a former president and continues to implode.

Bieber is, however, nothing if not respectful, and so he later spoke to Former U.S President Bill Clinton personally to offer his apologies. Unfortunately Justin’s angelic behaviour couldn’t last and he got busted for underage drinking. Awkward.
